All of Barudan machines are equipped with the reinvented X-Series automat. This intuitive, user-friendly icon based operating system features a color automat and allows the operator to quickly load, view, teach colors and much more.

Memory Capacity

10 million stitch capacity in up to 100 memory locations.

Various Network Connectability

Standard LAN and COM port. Use Barudan's networking software to transfer embroidery designs to your machine(s) Barudan has two networking solutions: Design File Server and LEM Server. More information can be found under Software - Networking section of this website.

Design Stitch Processor (DSP)

Scales design size and stitch count.

Design Outline Trace

Determines if the pattern will sew in the correct position for each frame.

• Easy Operation
  User-friendly, icon-based machine, designed for the embroidery machine with multi-purpose control system.
• Design Information
  Design information, total stitch count, quantity produced, size and thumbnail of design can be seen on the screen.
• Trace
  Perimeter trace allows you to trace the outline of a design to ensure proper placement.
• Registration of the start position
  Design start position is saved in memory.
• 3 USB Ports - Use USB memory sticks for loading designs or add devices such as floppy disk or barcode scanner.
• Networking
  Optional Ethernet board allows networking of machines. Networked machines can share designs and be monitored in real-time.
• Automatic Speed Control
  Machine automatically adjusts the speed to the stitch length based on certain parameters. This avoids long stitches by dividing them into shorter jump stitches, producing the highest quality stitches available.
• Automatic Origin Return
  When a design is finished the pantograph returns to the start position of the design automatically allowing efficient repeat work.
• Stitch Back Feature
  Stitch automend and stitch backup move the pantograph back in order to repair missed stitches.
• Error Code
  Error codes are displayed on screen with icons for easy recognition.
• Stand-By (Resume)
  Internal battery backup and origin reference allow you to restart quickly and accurately even if the machine is turned off in the middle of a design.
