ALL RETURNS MUST BE MARKED WITH RMA NUMBER. Please fill out the following form or call to initiate a return request.

Barudan America will accept the return of Barudan parts and accessories subject to the following conditions:
1. All returns must be marked with the RMA NUMBER on the outside of the package
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. All parts must be in original condition and packaging materials, if applicable
4. Except for shipping mistakes due to a Barudan America error, All freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer
5. Barudan reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee

Returns: Electronics

Electronic boards may be damaged or destroyed by static electricity or rough handling. Special instructions for electronic board shipments will be provided when the order is placed.
